Linking an address to open google map

Can anyone help me. I have an address in my footer that I want to link it to a google map. How can I do this easily?

Is the address hard coded into the theme?

One approach is to use the Content block. Add the footer text and make it a link that points to the Google Map.

No it is not hard-coded. The address is in a content block in each of the page types
