Linking between pages with Previous and next

Hi, Im trying to create "previous" and "next" links between pages on the same sitestructure level in the template code. And im stuck!!!
So on a pagestructure like this:
Menu item
--Submenu1
--Submenu2
--Submenu3

I would like to have the "submenux" pages to link to each other, so submenu1 links to sobmenu2, submenu2 should link to both submenu1 and submenu3...

Anybody know how to do this??
