Linking New pages to Drop downs

Hi all, I have two drop down combos(dd1, dd2) in default template. When i create a page in C5(Add page) i want to link it to menu item of one of the drop-down. But i want to choose the drop down to which new page should be linked.

I am new to C5 & PHP as well but could manage with basic scripting.

Your help & guidelines would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
