Log in username and password incorrect. No record of email address

Hello,
I have been trying to log in after last using my account months ago. Since then I have updated my email address and when I try to use an old password and username (that I assumed still worked) I cannot log in. My old email address is the only one on record. Please help! I don't want to have to start my website again from scratch.

Look here, the author present 3 different ways of getting your password back. In your case maybe the second one is ok
