Login Redirect after member login.

Hello. I am a human resource manager designing a employee portal for employees to view schedules, fill out forms and communicate with their team. I would like to create individual employee profile pages that they would be redirected to once they login. I have read other threads on here that spoke about similar tasks but I am a novice to all of this and may need a little extra help. Someone stated that you need to access the view php of the login block...I have no clue where to get to the php for this. I apologize for my ignorance please help.
Enable public profiles and make sure all the employees had an account. They then have their own page unique to them. YOu can also hide this so only logged in users can see the profiles. Each person sees just their own information.

I have enables public profiles, and each employee has a account already. I want to design their individual member page with their working schedule, PTO time, policies / procedures and forms specific to their job description. I cant see where I can edit their profile page.
Secondly I want to set it up that when they login they are auto redirected to their page and not to the company home screen.

No, that add-on will not do what is needed (I have used it, the redirect is not based on logging in).

Thank you both for your assistance with this. I will purchase the apps and see what happens. It would be awesome if they had a theme that was geared towards Human Resources and company relations.
