Login Addon now missing

First, I stupidly let someone have admin privileges who shouldn't have them.
1. I had downloaded the Login addon successfully through Save for Later.
2. Login addon was inadvertently removed from Add Functionality in Dashboard.
3. Have tried three methods to get Login back.
a. Through Marketplace Save for Later
*It never shows up in New in Add
Functionality
b. Through Marketplace Download
*I have FTP'd it to
/concrete/concrete/packages and to
/concrete/packages. Nothing.
c. Through adding Login via Edit Page
and Marketplace.
*All I can see are the Featured
Addons.
I'm sure there is something simple that I am missing. Any assistance will be appreciated.

It sounds like the problem is that you have remnants of the old package still around. If you check your Concrete5 database you will find a table called 'Packages'. If you delete the row for the Login package you should be able to reinstall it.
