My website logos made on photoshop are looking real jagged, especially the text bits, I trying something called 'anti-aliasing' that did smooth things over but turned shade into a lighter one :(

I've attached the 3 files I need help with, for those well versed with photoshop I hope you wouldn't mind sparing a few seconds please? :)

Issues:

File 1: Text and Slogan are jagged
File 2: The cat image's border has distorted white bits and usual jagged text.
File 3: Anti aliasing reducing the blue's intensity from 0170b5 to something else. :(
