Looking for a secured login block

I need to be able to set up 20 or more users with usernames and passwords on the back end. Then When those users get to a certain page, they have to login to access it.
I need to be able to track if those users have logged in each day. Also, the users need to be logged out as soon as they close the browser window.
Suggestions?
