Hi, I am building a website for my local Golf Society. The problem I am having is that we have events created for certain golf days and I want to be able to have a page that will enable the registered users to go to the Fixtures page, click on a specific date (which would link to the form page with a block above it showing teh users that have already added their names) and then fill out their details (Names only) and then submit so that they will be displayed on the table in the block above it (that is gathering the details) so they can see who is playing on a particular event.

Sorry if I haven't explained that very well (at least it makes sense to me!)
