Lossless PNG not showing up properly on site, does show properly in Preview

Hi,
When I've optimized a PNG to a Lossless PNG using tinypng.com, the image shows up perfectly in my finder, browser and all others. Even the preview in Concrete shows the nicely minified (transparent) PNG.
However, the preview thumb, and the actual image when shown on my website turn out terrible (blackened shadows, carvey edges). This must happen somewhere when Concrete does it's own compression or saving?
Anybody have any leads? There are no PNG settings to found anywhere sofar...
