Lost Licenses
Permalink
I lost about some lost licenses. After having restored a site after accidentally deleting all the files off the server (yeah, don't ask!)
The files were restored and somehow I had another project created. The old licenses were associated with the old project (deleted website) so I started releasing these add-ins to associate with the new project. (I noticed there was no updating happening) All but 4 were ready to be associated with the new project. The 4 I have lost seemingly have disappeared into the ether. They dont appear in my accounts license list either now. So I am lost as to why 6 were able to be re-associated and 4 just disappeared! The ones I have lost are pro news, pro events, superfish menu and all-in user import, if thats of interest.
Any one got any clues?? (go easy with the technical stuff please).

Thanks Mike....I has sent her a PM..Cheers Greg
For future people finding this thread, this situation arose from releasing licenses that were contributed to the project from a different user. The licenses were then released back to the other user's account as unassigned.
Thanks Julia,
Excellent support! Much Appreciated!
Yes, I then picked up the licenses and assigned them to the correct project and all is ticking along nicely now.
Cheers
Greg
PS...Everyone...don't forget to CAREFULLY backup all your stuff. This problem arose from not doing backups properly. :-((
