Mailform problem

Hello,

I am experiencing some problems whilst developing a mail form.
The mail form is only sending mails locally from the location I am developing from.

It is not sending mails to for an e-mail address from gmail.com.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? And does anyone know how to solve?
