Maintenance website

When the site is in maintenance, it would be handy to be able to access pages when you are logged in as administrator.

Sorry, that's the case, I get disconnected from the management without knowing why, or rather when something annoys the Concrete5 .. and suddenly I find myself in management without being able to act on anything ..
Simply reconnect in general.
In short .. it works smoothly but it works!
