Make a site like concrete5.org

Hi,

I've been tasked with developing a small community site.

This site looks great but I can't work out what addons are used. The forum looks fantastic but is nothing like the 'discussions' addon. The awards system looks nice as well but.. is this an addon or custom to this site?
