Making Package Single Page the Home Page

Hi all,
I am building a package that will include the core functionality of my C5 site. How can I make a Single Page within my package act as the home page of my whole C5 site? Is this possible? I am interested in learning any way that it can be done, whether it is a workaround or some intended functionality that I've missed.
I'm brand new to Concrete5, so I'm sorry if this is an obvious question!
