MAMP Pro Uppercase Table names for C5

As many of the C5 developers know. When you import the C5 database to a windows server the db table names need to be uppercase for the site to function correctly. I was wondering if there is anyway to force uppercase table names on my localhost?

I have google around and still have not found any good answers.

Just some rule in the mysql, my.ini file.
lo com/doc/refman/5.7/en/identifier-case-sensitivity.html
