Many files easier to manage? Albums divided?

Hello,
I am looking for a solution to a lot of files in the file manager to manage komfotabler. The hierarchy with only one level for the albums is because, unfortunately, a nasty limitation.
There are no albums to plug the nest hirachich?
Do you have another idea?

Why not arrange them into different "Sets" using file manager?

Of course, I said yes, the sets - albums. But there can be put on only one level.
The sets do not nest. For example, a set of "single-family homes" and it sets the "efh1", "efh2" etc.:
..Set1
.set1 A
.set1 B
..Set2
.Set2 A
.Set2 B
.Set2 B 1
.Set2 B 3
