hi, wondering what that means , i've all the sudden come accross this issue today .. is it a firefox/browser issue or does it have to do with my code?

a recap on today: setting up permissions and users, tweaking usersettings accross various pages, then attempting to navigate through the site to test out ..

Maybe a system/server issue. Are you on shared hosting? Seems to me like a limitation on the number of processes your user account can run.
