Mega Menu addon

Hi,

are there any other solutions for dropdown menus other than the superfish?

I was thinking something along these lines:

What would it take to make something like this into a usable C5 block?

thanks

I've been working on a pure CSS solution... I'm trying to implement it in a theme though

Haven't been working on it too mug, I'll pick
It back up. Right now I have it displayed as a verticle drop with supages the top row and their subs the next levels.

PLEASE! I am losing my mind trying to get this working!

An add-on would be so much easier!

Are you still interested in such a menu? (mega menu). That's the add-on I'm finishing up this weekend.

Have you finished it yet because I would live one. I've been trying to get superfish to work like a mega menu for a while now and can't get it to work right.

Is your version completed?

Sorry I'm just now replying. I had to wrap up some projects last week, and now I'm back on the mega menu. I've just about got the UI where I want it, then I'd like a few to test it out.

I attached some example Mega Menus I used as inspiration, and what features it should be able to accomplish.

Those inspirations look like the ones we are looking at as well. Really excited to see this in the marketplace soon!

If you need someone to help beta test... give me a shout!

I don't particularly have a need for this now, but I'm sure I will in the future.

I'd certainly be willing to fork out 15 bucks for such an add-on, and I'm a developer myself. Just make sure people can easily "skin" the menu. I.E: make sure when adding/editing the block, users can upload and set a background image. Or at the very least set colors.

See here for adding a color picker form:

The skinning is the biggest part for me. Since Mega Menu aren't just links, but have images, categories, forms, etc... I attached what I used for inspiration.
