Mega-Menu dropdown problem

Hi there! I've purcased the Mega-Menu block for our site and everything have worked flawless except this one thing: The dropdown element sometimes moves about 10px to the right. I've attached two pictures, one with menu working and one with menu broken:)
Personally, I have no idea what could be doing this, everything in the CSS is in order etc. and the problem occures only sometimes. When we've cleared our cache, it have always worked well for a while (Menu breaks down only like 1/20 times).
This is really starting to bug me so I thought maybe someone here could help me out.

In the meantime, I'd suggest testing the issue with the default plain yogurt theme so you can tell if it's the add-on or theme that's causing the issue.
