Member attributes not behaving as expected

Set up a few user attributes, but the one I did with a type of select isn't displaying any of the choices I entered. Also, the menus aren't behaving on the text areas. On the member page it doesn't display the heading for the fields I've chosen to show. Is there a way to include a captcha on the member sign up page?
This might be a theme issue. I'm also not able to see the toolbar at the top of the page for the member pages when I'm logged in so I can't edit the pages.

It looks like you figured out how to get the captcha on the registration form, as it's there. There is a javascript error (TypeError: $.widget is undefined) on the page, which would cause your problem with not being able to edit the page and lots of other weird behaviors.
Cool about the Captcha. Didn't do anything so maybe it is just there by default.
Not sure where the error is deriving from. I didn't edit those pages. Will check with the theme developer.
