Members page disappeared from Nav

Our site structure has a page called "Members" where the public can learn about Membership, and Members can learn about upcoming meetings and read newsletters. So this page should always be visible.

I have been using C5 for several years and this page has always been visible because the "Exclude from Nav" checkbox in the page properties has not been checked.

However it seems in a recent upgrade the checkbox is being ignored and the page is no longer visible in the nav but is still accessible by direct URL.

We are running concrete5 Version 5.6.3.3

The home page is:http://www.vwa.org.au - in the top ribbon menu, there should be an entry for Members between the words "Home" and "Classes."

The Members area can still be reached athttp://www.vwa.org.au/members/

Any thoughts?

I have a couple of thoughts, but it is hard to tell without being logged in.

1) Is the page Approved right now or is there an unapproved draft?
2) Do you have Advanced Permissions on that might be blocking it? This seems unlikely since you can access it directly.
3) If you check the Hide From Autonav attribute save it and then remove it again does that do anything?
4) Have to cleared the cache a couple of times?
