migration of users and passwords

Hi
is there a way migrate usernames & passwords from version 5.6.3.5 to 5.7.5.13? if not is there a way to export just usernames from 5.6.3.5 and then import them into 5.7.5.13 with a default password already set but force the user to change the password on first login?
