Migration Tool FileID Issue

I am involved with a project that is using the migration tool. An issue that I have noticed is that the exported FileID overrides pre-existing fileIDs when importing.
What I need to do is export the file NAME, as well as import it. I posted an issue here:

Has anyone else encountered this? How would I edit the source code to change it so that the filename is exported, instead of fileID?
