Missing elements from Dashboard

Within Dashboard I'm getting blank pages for "Files", "Add Functionality", "Users and Groups", and "Page Types" within Pages. I refreshed the single pages and still to no avail.

Anybody know a solution to this problem.

Replaced root level "Concrete" Folder with a fresh copy. Everything is running smooth... Either files were corrupted or missing is my guess.
