I'm noticing images from my File Manager are randomly disappearing...and thus this process is breaking pages on my site too.

We run a local news website, and I have each news_item page type setup with a File/Image Page Attribute that we attach to the page to use as a thumnail throughout the site.

I also pull in that image directly onto the page via the Page Type Template to avoid having to place the image multiple times.

If you go to this page:

You'll see on the bottom of the main column there is a section called Related Stores. Two of those stories are missing the image attached to them.

If you click on one of those stories, it will appear as if that page has no content - but really, it's just breaking because the template is looking for the image file that does not exist.

In my file manager, the place for the image is still there - I can find it and view it's properties, etc...but the image itself has gone missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
