Missing PageTypeAttributes table

Hey all, I've already installed and setup my site (comfortsuitestallahassee.com) I find when I try to edit the page attributes of any page (edit > page properties > custom attributes) I get
I tried simply creating the PageTypeAttributes table with no luck, is there a way I can salvage this part of the site, or is there another way I can edit the meta tags on each individual site?
