Mobile theme testing

Hi there, I've been looking around for a way to test how the mobile theme for websites work on different devices. I have my PC, a second PC and my Android phone.

I do not have a Mac nor iPhone or iPad or tablet, so seeing how sites work on these devices is all pretty hit and miss.

I have found some online emulators which will show how sites look in different screen sizes, but they only show the 'web' version and not the activated mobile version.

Is there a way to test how the mobile version looks which will use the actual mobile theme rather than just put the website in a frame of that size?

What have you tried already? I was going to suggesthttp://www.browserstack.com but you may well have tried this and it isn't free.
