Mobile theme

Is it possible to create an alternative theme for mobile devices using the same content the normal size theme or do we have to have new tree and duplicate all content ?

You can either switch themes for the same pages:
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/mobile-theme-switcher/...
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/theme-options-lite/...
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/theme-options-mobile-sw...

or use use a responsive theme for the same pages:
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/... and select the 'responsive' checkbox at the bottom right
