Mobile Version of dotAwesome not working and can't get response from developer

Can anyone figure out what is going on here from a mobile standpoint?

I purchased the DotAwesome Warm theme that is supposed to be mobile friendly and I can't get a response from the developer. It has been a month and a half and the client's site is now live. What makes this particularly critical, and the reason I am turning to the entire C5 community, is that it is a Restaurant and it absolutely needs to be mobile friendly.
