Hi everyone

We are curently trying to modify the form block to incorporate our service which captures the details filled in and save them in our database for our clients marketing use.

But we are facing a couple of problems so far:
1/ how can we change the form action path?
2/ where can we add hidden fields or how can we modify the form block to add a "hidden field" option? we need to pass the client id to our database but we dont want it to be displayed, as well as few other values.
