Monitoring Discussion Guestbook Error

I get a js error on the Discussion Guest Book block when I click on the monitor link. This error causes a user to not be able to monitor a discussion thread. Being able to monitor a post is critical to this website, so I really need to get this resolved.

This site has C5 version 5.6.0.2 and Discussion version 1.8.6. Any help is appreciated...thanks.
