Move/Copy Pages via API

I'm hoping to replicate the Copy Page + Children functionality of C5's move/copy link available when viewing a page.
I would like to do this through API because I will be changing the name of the parent page that is copied and setting some page attributes as this happens.
Is there a function for cloning pages that exists that I can leverage?
