Moved concrete 5 site cu3er gallery problem

I have recently moved a concrete 5 site from development but im currently experiencing the below error the files have all the correct write permissions any help would be apprciated and many thanks in advance.

Have you tried re-adding the images to the cu3er block?
I have tried re naming and re uploading the images, i have reinstalled the gallery and removed it from the directory and verified this via ftp. and im still having these issues.
Are you on a heavily shared server that can't handle all requests? What is your memory limit?
No the site is hosted on a vps and its only on tickover its no where near overloaded
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
indicates a server side issue.
Anything in the logs?
