I would like to know if it is possible to have multi-regional blocks?

At the moment our website has content for the UK, US and AUS. I would like it so all the content for all three regions are within the UK page (the parent page), so I only have to edit the UK page. How I want it to work is when you add a block you have to select a region. Then that block will only display when a users IP address is from that selected region.

When editing the page each block will have tabs above it: UK, US and AUS. When you click each tab it will show the regions block/content.

When you submit your edits this will then update all the other regional pages with the blocks. All blocks will be copied over to the other pages, but only the blocks that have been selected for that region will appear on the page.

Please see attached a mock up of how it would look in edit mode.

Please let me know if you think this would work, whether it is a good idea and if so what is the best way of getting it to work.
