Multilingual flag linking wrong

Hi
I have the problem that my flag (en, fr, es, usa) links is slightly wrong.
If I click on the usa flag i get the usa version but if i click the en flag i also get the usa version.
en = usa
fr = fr
es = es
usa = usa
there is someone who knows where I can change the links for the flags?
