Does your site root have a folder called "files" and is it writable?

Yes. single file upload works perfectly. multiple file upload doesnt work properly in firefox browser only.

It must be firefox then.

version concrete 5.4.0.5 . It works correctly in mac os firefox not in windows firefox.
