I built a website for some classes I teach, but I need my students to be able to upload Word documents so that their peers can evaluate their work either with blog-like comments, or (even better) by a rating survey with multiple questions.

Is there a multiple question, survey widget out there that I can install in a C5 site? The poll widget C5 offers is only for single question polls. I have looked at Survey Gizmo and other such services. They force the student into a new window linked to their server so they can charge me an arm and a leg for managing what would, in the end, be very little survey data.

If I install something my own widget, I will have to find out how to build a database on my website to manage the data, but that's another, separate question.

Has anyone worked with something like this before?
