Multiple upload Flash not working on production server...

Hi! Again thank you guys for your help, this forum is really great.
I have a little problem with my website: the multiple upload does work on my local machine but not on the server:
the multiple upload flash control says "animation not loaded" ... Again, it works perfectly on my local computer, but not from the server. Is there a right issue ?
