Mutliple stores with multiple owners in C5 eCommerce

If I have 5 separate companies who are all selling product on the one site, can I give each of them an individual login to manage their own stores and products and inventory within, for want of better words, the "Online Mall" we are setting up?

I think the best solution is to choose Magento as a platform to develop such site. It will be the best fit for this kinda site.
