Where do I find the php code that is executed before the form is displayed (to set default values) and after the form is submitted (to calculate totals), verify, and eventually submit to paypal)

Are you using the built-in "form" block, or coding your own in the theme or single_page or a custom block? Or is this for the ecommerce addon?
