My ste isplays an error message after I asked it to perform a clean up

Hi
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I'm having. Whilst I was performing some maintenance to my site, I went on the optimization tab, and allowed it to delete previous versions of my pages up to the 10 most recent versions. However, on a lot of my current pages, I had a block that was coped from one of these earlier versions. Now the original block doesn't exist, so I get an error message of the following:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getBlockTypeHandle() on a non-object in /home/nickbarr/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.1.2_updater/concrete/core/libraries/block_view_template.php on line 41
I was wondering if theres a way I can delete the copied block from my pages without having to resort to a complete restore, as since my last backup, Ive added a huge chunk of content that would take me days to recreate. I'm not a web developer, so if you do have something can you please make it as easy to understand as possible? I just dont want to break my site completely, and would rather do the 2 days extra work, than have to start from scratch. If it is an easy fix, I'd be hugely appreciative!
Thanks
Nick
