Name of 'Home' folder

So I wanted to get rid of the Home button in the navigation bar. What I did is I renamed the Home folder to ' ' (a space). It worked, but...

Now I can't edit this folder in any way since there is no text for me to click on on the sitemap page.

Any idea how I could fix that?

This can be done a easier way. just edit the page that you want to exclude and click on "properties". under this there will be 3 tabs click on "custom fields" and check the "Exclude from Nav" check box.

Alright, thanks for that. Now, any idea on how to bring back a menu along the Home folder? Since it has no name, I can't do anything with it... I'm kinda stuck. The only way I can see out of that is starting over...

all you need to do is add the name to the page again and your good to go!

Yes but how? I can't access its properties anymore since the menu to do so can only be accessed by clicking on its name (or so I think). And since it does not have a name anymore, all I can do is use the folder icon to drag it around.

In the database, open the table 'CollectionVersions'. Find the last record with cID=1. If the 'cvName' and 'cvHandle' are both empty, there is a good chance this is your home page. Simply rename the 2 empty fields back to 'Home' and you're set.

P.S., Concrete newbie here, so I dont know if this is the best way, but I just tried it out for myself and it worked :)
