Nav Bar Problems

On my navigation bar, I can not go to any other page. If I'm at my home page I click (forum) and ittakes me to a page that says 404 error. I tried to change the link direction but I cant seem to find it. I need help.
I am hosting with Host Monster and they have an option called simple script which helps me get blogs and gallerys and so on. and they recently just added Concrete5 so i decided to try it. O.O so I really dont know what ur talking about. but my link is.

those links just arnt worknig. and im kinda working on a new computer right now because my other one is being stubborn.
so it has all my FTP and info over there inside it. and i figured updating a site would be so much easier using c5. i just need that nav bar working

If so, you may not have updated your .htaccess file or have something missing there.
Please give us some more information and a link if possible.
