Not sure where to post this or if this is a good question for here, but basically I guess I'm looking for a custom add-on for my website.

I want to have it so the website visitor can search for upcoming seminars based on topic, dates, or location, or maybe keywords (you get the idea).

So I need a database that has about 10 fields or so where I can input seminar information and have it so it shows a list on the screen or let them search or filter on the above criteria.

Is this something that Concrete5 by default would let me do from a module or dashboard, or would a programmer have to do this?

I know a *little* about php/mysql but not enough to do this myself.
