Need help getting started with new Blog block

I've recently updated to the newest version of c5, and have been told that there is a new built-in Blog block. However, I can't seem to find it in order to use it! Is there a guide anywhere for using this new Blog feature?

Wait a second, this is the answer isn't it:

I don't see "tags" under the Default Attributes section. I should have 5.4.1.1. What gives?
