Need Help with Add-On Marketplace (Login not working)

When I try to get a new add-on, and I get to the login page, this is what is popping up:
<b>Re-connection Required</b>
This site needs to be reconnected to the concrete5 community. This typically occurs because the site's base URL has changed.
What does this mean? And is this what is preventing me from being able to login to my account? Do I need to update Concrete5 as well?
