Hi,
Im looking to add a daily deals type offer to my site. This would be like groupon, living social, etc. Not sure if concrete already has something built we can add to our site and or find someone that can assist us with this request..
Any help or direction would help.
Thank you!!

Hi,
thanks for the reply. I have a restaurant/hospitality site and would like to offer clients/visitors daily deals offers page in my site. So I would set up the offers for each vendor (based on what they want to offer) and offer them for a limited time or number of offers sold and obviously do the check out process through the my site itself. I was looking into third party companies to integrate into my site however most of them want a commission of all sales..
Thanks!!

The easiest way to manage all of those requirements would be through the e-commerce add-on, with possibly the product slider for a nice interface.

To accept credit cards, cashier cheques, and even debit payment I would go with beanstream.com, and the e-commerce package has an add on for beanstream.http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/beanstream-payment-gate...
Beanstream handles all payments for you so you never take a credit card number so your safe from being hacked for credit card data. The ecom package has everything you need in one spot making things very easy not only to manage, but to expand whenever you need. Its also a onetime fee as opposed to monthly dues of $30 plus percentage of profits, from the lowest costing service providers
You will need a merchants license to setup beanstream which you can obtain from your bank for $25 a year, and beanstream yearly costs for payment processing are roughly $70 for most mid-size operations.
This is of course only my opinion on how to go about it, but in my experience the above leads to a better operation all around.

HI Ekko,
Thanks for the information and I will review carefully the links and information you suggested. I was hoping there would be a similar platform and functionality to a living social but it seems its more of an store type of functionality.
I will look into it.
Thanks again!!
