Need opinions on what I should add to this area

Hello all, here is a screenshot of the area being spoken of:

As can be seen it's a drop down panel at the top of the page with 2 block spaces vacant, the third has a login field.

What do you'll think I should add here?

I was thinking an RSS feed about Pet news and title it "Stay Updated" it also just struck me too add a post list with the latest post so they know what's going on in the forums perhaps?

Anyway I'll leave you'll to it, hope to get some great suggestions!:D

3Gpets and I are on the same team, so I'd like to extend this question to how do you recommend we improve the autonav. Presently this is the simple autonav and it's looks pretty bad with text running into other text. Thanks!
