Hi ... would somebody know where to find a built-in webform tool ... to make a customer sign-up form?

Hi, not sure exactly what functionality you require, but try having a look at this:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/extended-form/... if you want to set them up manually

http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/simple-subscriptions/... if you're talking about getting them to pay to sign up etc
